We are trying to install MySource Matrix 3.12.0 RC1 for evaluation but are geeting the following error when we try to load the page :

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening ?
We followed the same instructions that worked perfectly in the past for 3.10.3
Means that Matrix was not installed correctly – something occured during step_03.php that broke the system. You need to erase it all and start again, I'm afraid. You will also need to drop the database and recreate it.

What’s the rest of the error? The import tools are all included in their own package, so I’m curious to see where its being included from.
Tried installing the core download now - the error occurs when it tries to install the Bulk File Import tool (which is the only Import Tools asset that was provided as part of the core download). It's only just come to my attention that it requires the Import Tools Manager asset, which was not made a part of the download provided.
The stable 3.12.0 core download, scheduled to be due out next week, will include the Import Tools Manager.
Any chance of having the Import Tools Manager asset before next week, as we would have like to have tried it by today.
Matrix v3.12 will be released on Monday – that's as soon as we can get.
