I am doing a test upgrade of 3.18.7, and I am getting an error on step_01, and can't get past it:

    Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/websites/mysource_matrix/core/include/system_config.inc on line 39


Any ideas?
