When I click to download the tar.gz file of 3.2.0 here, I am asked to input a username/password. Does anyone know if this is intentional or perhaps there’s a little problem.

This has now been fixed. 
Another example of MySource Matrix's robust workflow system (and the failings of humans). The downloads were uploaded earlier today, but were not approved until later this evening. Sorry about that!
