Has anyone had this problem with matrix driven content
–> 404 errors when viewing the page on mac os x regardless of browser( IE, Firefox and Safari)
The page will display occasionally with refresh - the issue does not occur on windows

Perhaps there is an intermittent network issue affecting the connection to your Mac. Please verify whether other sites can be reached.
Nope not a network issue because the issue was also picked up when testing the site with browser cam - online tool for emulating site testing on any browser and operating system -
Do you have the URL we can try?
A URL would be helpful to have a look at.
