How do you get around this?
www.helloworld.com/test (asset id 100) has its webpath changed to www.helloworld.com/test-old so that we can create a remap from www.helloworld.com/test to it’s completely new url on a completely different server www.hithere.com/test.
We have several pages on our site that linked to www.helloworld.com/test via the asset id number #100 (not by the url). How do you get those pages to automatically update (somehow) to the new address (www.hithere.com/test)?
I have a bad feeling the answer will be you need to go to all those pages and manually update the links to use the url rather than the asset id.
