Access permission overview page

Is there an asset/page in Squiz that the user can see which files or folders that he/she has the permission to read/modify them? Rather than selecting each individual file/folder to find the access permission.

Thank you!

Hi Kevin

Not really, but you can use an asset listing tot list the site and set the "Asset Access to List" to read, write or admin and check the include effective permissions checkbox. This will provide a page on the frontend that a user can go to and see what they have the rights to.

Cool! Thanks, Shane.

I'll give that a go.

Happy to help.

Try and keep you listing fairly light though. Asset listings do a lot of work and can be quite slow if you list a whole site when your site is quite large. If you are having problems try limiting it to individual sections of the site.

Thanks for the tips, Shane.
