Adding assets to folders

hi…
when i add an asset, either a design or an image, to either the designs folder or to the media folder respectively, i get a mysource warning:



MySource Warning

Unable to find an lineage for the URL "/_designs" [SYS0246]



MySource Warning

Unable to find an lineage for the URL "/_media" [SYS0246]



but i can create custom folders and add the media to it…



any help on this matter would be great…

Can you check that your Designs and Media folders have URLs applied?

If you set a System Root URL before installation, Matrix automatically applies that as the URL for the Designs, Media and Users folder. If you install without a System Root URL, then you have to apply them manually afterwards.
