I am looking for a simple and quick way to add users to a user group through the front end. At the moment i have setup a Link Manager to easily manage which groups the user are in through the front end but I need to be able to add the user from the group view as well. Ideally what I am looking for is for a search to be conducted (or just a asset lissting of users) for users then a checkbox be selected for each intended user then the usergroup selected (somehow) and press a button and these users get linked under the user group. Is there a way to use the selection feature for this? Or some other way I am missing?

I'm not sure if I follow exactly what you are trying to do, but perhaps an asset builder with either selectable create location or dynamic create location (depending on your complexity)? That is if the user is not already created…
If the user asset is already created, the Link Manager page should have the solution for you.
