Not just for a particular site - but the main entry point into the admin interface for all sites?

Are you talking about the login design? If so, you can change this on the settings screen of an asset, under "System Defined Login Design".
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm well aware of how to use the settings screen to select a login design.
Our organisation, Ray White, uses MySource Matrix for several different sites. The main portal to the admin interface is http://matrix.raywhite.com/_admin . How do I set the login screen for this page? At the moment, it seems to be linked to the login screen for one of our websites, the Ray White Invest Priority Access Fund. Obviously, we don't want the login screen for this one site to apply to the main admin login page for all of our sites.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
You can edit the default login design as well. You will find it under System Management > System Designs > login_design (in the asset map). You need to be a system admin to access it.
