Hi,
We sometimes have publishers whos sessions become corrupted/unresponsive and it would be handy if an admin was able to kill that user’s session/log them out. Naturally the publisher can use another browser or another workaround, but the only way I can imagine is if the user could tell an admin the session name from a header and deleting the file? which is not optimal. Manually entering the url http://www.domain.com/_edit?SQ_ACTION=log does not seem to be effective all the time either.
Has anyone got a strategy for this?
You need to either clear your cookies or restart your browser. There is no feature in Matrix to manually delete someone's session file.
I guess that sounds like a plan, thanks Greg.
