Asset listing group by multiple select metadata

I have an Asset Listing (technically search results), grouped by a metadata field. The metadata field is a select field that allows multiple values. If a page has been tagged with multiple values, it displays in a group by itself, e.g.:


Category 1

  • Page 1
  • Page 2

    Category 2
  • Page 3
  • Page 4

    Category 1; Category 2
  • Page 5



    Is it possible to get the Asset Listing to "explode" the field so that the topic appears under the separate groups:



    Category 1
  • Page 1
  • Page 2
  • Page 5

    Category 2
  • Page 3
  • Page 4
  • Page 5
