Hi,
this is my first post
just wondering if someone can help me out or explain what I have done wrong with an asset listing. I have created an asset listing for PDF documents and am wanting to display the file size using this keyword
%asset_file_size_readable% in metadata. I have set it up but its breaking my site's design and displaying this PHP Notice - Undefined index: size. Can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong?
Cheers
Dan
Can you enable the additional debugging levels (on the System Configuration screen) and post the entire error message with file and line number details? That would make it far easier to troubleshoot.
Also, please let us know what version of Matrix you're running.

Hi Avi,
I don’t seem to be able to change the debugging levels as I don’t know how to.
Sorry. i have found the error in the system log though. Have posted it below. Hope that helps.

Currently using version v3.12.3.
This suggests that there isn't actually a physical file uploaded to the PDF File asset. Are you a Squiz client? If so, I'd recommend logging a support request with our helpdesk (1 3000 SQUIZ or support@squiz.net) so that we can investigate further.
