I've been getting on quite well with getting my designs working, bit have hit a bit of a snag.
My mysource install was to "mysource.domain1" and my dev site is "mysource.domain2" which will be "www.domain2" when it's all finished.
The problem is, when I look at the site on "mysource.domain2" all the assets are served from "mysource.domain1", which obviously isn't what I want…
It sounds like it should be a simple setting for "serve assets from same domain", yet I can't find the answer in the forums and I'm not sure subject to look for in the manuals…
As really, I don't want assets on the live site to be showing a url from the dev version.

As far as I know - MSM use first URL that he sees in his webpaths.
When building a new site - I always work on the same domain name that the production system will be - You can always edit Your "WINDOWS/system32/drivers/etc/hosts" file to achieve this.
You'll probably have the same issue between mysource.domain2 and www.domain2
Matrix uses the web path of assets that closest matches the URL of the page you're currently on. A common snag is that people change the URL of their site, but forget to change it on the Designs Folder too. So CSS and images get served from a different URL.
