Attaching thumbnail to Data_resource_RSS

Hi,


I am trying to attach a thumbnail to an data_resource_RSS but could not get it work.

Whenever I tried, I get warning like below…



File: [SYSTEM_ROOT]/core/include/locale_manager.inc Line: 504

Message: Unable to Create link: Assets of Type "image" cannot be "NOTICE" linked to a "data_source_rss" [SYS0301]





Isn't it possible to attach a thumbnail to data_resource_RSS although manual says so?



Could someone help me?

Hi,

We can currently attach thumbnail to 'Data_Source_DB' (havent checked other data source assets) so i am positive that we should be allowed to attach thumbnail to Data_Source_RSS Asset too. But i can confirm it is a bug. I cant attach a thumbnail on my local system too.



Will keep this topic updates with more on it.

In addition to this, it's not working with Data_Source_XML as well.

This issue is already file as e bug. #4984 Cannot attach Thumbnail to Data_Source_RSS Asset

This bug has now been fixed and will be available in the next release. It has been fixed for Data Resource XML/CSV/RSS assets.
