We are new to the Squiz CMS system and are having difficulty with the automated email an EES user receives when content is rejected.
The automated email the EES user receives when their work is rejected says "A full report of the workflow can be found on the workflow screen"
However, this workflow link points to them Admin Interface where they do not have access, not the Easy Edit Suite. All they see is a login screen, and so they are stuck. I tried reading the online manual, but could not find a reference, and tried doing a search on this site too. Hopefully I have not missed a thread covering the topic.
Where can we change the settings please?
thanks

Hi Stefan,
The link in the email generated are based on the interface the user (approver) would accept or reject the changes. So if the user is doing so from the backend admin (_admin) interface the links generated in the emails would be _admin. Here since the users are EES users, the content administrator will have to accept/reject the changes from EES interface.
Hope this makes sense
Also just FYI, you can customise the messages on the workflow schema to have the link point explicitly to _edit URL. This is but constructing your own URL for the emails with help of matrix keyword and query strings.
Hope this helps.

Hi there Ash
This is a tremendous help, greatly appreciated.! ![]()
We understand now, and thought the system had not been configured properly when set up or was in some way 'kaput'.
