Hi All,
Quick question about what restrictions are on backend users in the system management folder in version 3.12.0. It appears that backend users can do some tasks in the system management folder, specifically:
In the Asset Tree
The system management folder does not have the red can't access cross.
The backend user can use all features of the Log Manager toolset.
The backend user can acquire lock and modify the search manager settings.
The backend user can acquire lock and modify the bulk main settings.
In the Tools (top right of screen)
Can use all the System Tools (providing they have appropriate permissions to sites/assets)
Can manage HIPO Jobs
I would imagine that backend users possibly should not have access to some if not all of these functions…can you please let me know if these are standard for Matrix or if they represent a bug…we are currently begining trials with Matrix 3.14.0 which may correct some of these.

In the upgrade to v3.14, the permission issues for the System Management folder are resolved.
All Backend Users can use the Tools, though.
