Blank Pop Up window when insert link/movie via WYSIWYG editor

We continue experience the problem of inserting link/movie via WYSIWYG editor. After we clicked the "link/movie" button, pop up window bring up with empty content, as attached[attachment=377:embed_mo…roblem_1.bmp]



Any clue?
