Blank Screen Issue After Squiz Matrix Update

Hi everyone,

I recently updated Squiz Matrix, and since then, I have encountered a white background issue. Whenever I try to access certain areas, including the admin interface and specific pages, the screen remains blank with no content or error messages. While the rest of the site seems to function normally, these critical areas remain inaccessible.

I restarted the server to resolve any potential service issues and verified that the PHP and server configurations meet the requirements for this version.

I’m running Squiz Matrix on Windows server, and everything was working smoothly before the update. Could this whitescreen issue be related to permissions or a missing step in the update process?

I ran into the same blank screen issue after updating Squiz Matrix for me, it was due to file permission errors. Fixing those and enabling PHP error reporting helped spot the problem.
