Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to edit/update the metadata image applied to a calendar event?
For example User creates an event and attach an image to that calendar event. But the user recieves updated image 1 or 4 weeks down the line and wants to update the calendar event with new image.
I can't seem to get my head around this problem.
Any suggestion is very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Metadata can be updated at any time for an asset. Please specify which type of event you are using Single, Recurring or Multi-Date and some examples of the instances used. From the description it seems that a Recurring Calendar Event is being used. Are you after an update of the image for a particular instance or for each instance of the event?
I'm using two types of Calendar (Single / Recurring). I want to update the image for each instance.
The easiest way of associating an image with an event is to use the standard Asset Thumbnail association.
A trigger can be configured with the "Set Thumbnail" action to set a user-specified asset as a thumbnail for an asset. This can be set upon "Asset Accessed" and when a certain URL condition is met. This action would have to be executed for each event that needed to be changed.
