We have a calendar which displays events that our organisation holds in many different countries. However, I cannot find any property that lets me set the time zone for these events on an individual basis.
Superficially, this isn't a problem - the visual display of an event in Mumbai at 10am is straightforward in the context of a web page, but if I allow a user to download the events to their calendar it's in the default time zone of the site, and displays at 4:30 am in an Indian user's calendar.
Matrix allows me to display time offset, but doesn't seem to allow me to control it, which I find a little troubling.
