Does anyone know why %event_start_datetime% correctly does not print an event time when there is NO event time. But %event_start_time_12h% DOES print a default 12:00 time when there is NO event time? It seems that they should have the same action, therefore making %event_start_time_12h% no print a default time for an event when there is no start time entered.
