One of our users has uploaded a large number of PDF files.
All of them have password protection, and none of them are working now they are in Matrix.
He emailed me one of the PDF files and gave me the password, and I was able to access it when I just opened it from my hard drive.
When you try and open the same file in Matrix, you just get an error message telling you to make sure you haven't got CAPS Lock on.
I tried adding the password to the 'Security Options' section on the details screen of the PDF but that doesn't seem to have made any difference.
Please help - how do I make these files accessible again?
This is quite urgent - this particular user is trying to finish up some work before he moves to another position.

I've done some further testing and I've been able to upload PDFs with password protection and opened them without any trouble. I've been on the phone with the user and he seems to be able to open the newest ones he has uploaded. It must have been a temporary gremlin…
