I'm having some difficulties setting up delivery fees for my Checkout asset.
I have set up the Delivery Prices Per Weight Metric (on the Regional Specific Options screen of the Checkout asset) to add a Product asset's "delivery_fee" metadata value as the delivery price. This works in that I am able to get the delivery fee added to the final amount listed for payment by credit card. However, this delivery fee is not shown at any point during the checkout process in the Cart Summary. Also, I cannot limit the delivery fee; I have selected "1" for Default Maximum Product Quantity, but it still adds a delivery fee for each item.
Am I missing a trick here?
Working on this issue I have also found a peculiarity of the country selection for regional specific options. To determine what country the item is to be delivered to, you have to specify a "Country" question from a Default Delivery Method asset. However, it is possible to have multiple delivery methods defined for the checkout process (for what purpose it has never been clear to me), so if a user selects a delivery method other than the one with the selected country question, then it seems the regional specific options can't be computed.
