Since upgrading to v3.12.6 I am having problems with a particular asset listing.
I am using an AL to display the parent assets of a particular asset i.e. Lookup direction is set to "Up the tree".
The "Default Sort By Option" is set to "No sorting"
The AL from asset "Page2" was correctly listing the assets in the following order (reflecting the structure in the Asset map).
-Folder
–Site
—Page1
----Page2
After the upgrade the sorting has changed to:
-Page1
–Site
—Folder
----page2
Changing the "Default Sort Direction" to "Descending" makes no difference.
Changing the "Default Sort By Option" does not help in that none of the options reflect the structure in the Asset map.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem?

Assets in an Asset Listing are only displayed in the same order as the Asset Map if Direct Links Only is set to "Yes".
The No Sorting option doesn't give predictable results, which is why you need to use sorting, or Direct Links Only if the sort order is important.
So presumably setting Direct Links Only to "Yes" will only display the immediate parent?
