Just curious about the Author field on the comment asset. Is this not a user definable field? It seems to only get the user that created the asset, rather than being a field where a user can enter their name…can someone confirm this?
Guess I will have to use metadata with no required entry since we are still on 3.16.8 :(.
The author field is not stored data, so no, you cant change it without changing the user who created the asset. It is just an interface feature to help you view who created the comment on the details screen.
