On one of our testing environments our log rotation stopped a little while ago with what I believe is the following error
[12:Root User][1024:mysource notice][R] (/core/include/locale_manager.inc:504) - Unable to
acquire "settings" lock on "Generate Log Reports Cron Job", Database Error [SYS0100]
Is anyone able to shed some light on this for me?

I supposed the first question is: Is the job locked by someone else perhaps?
