CSV datasource, using and combining

Matrix Version: Squiz Matrix v5.3.4.0

I am using a .csv datasource, for my tasks.
I need to try to display it as a look up from mapping.

For example: http://www.exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk/test-area/donate-map?ticket_no=3669
So the gate ticket number is:3669.

This is the records of the datasource.

I have applied the Page contents:

%asset_listing%

%ds__ticket_no%

%ds__problem_type%

%ds__donatestatus%

%ds__donatedescription%

%ds__easting%

%ds__northing%

%ds__grid_ref%

%ds__cost%

How do I go about linking the 2 together?

A very easy question hopefully, as I am new to using Squiz Matrix.

So you basically just want to list a single item from the data source list?

I think you are wanting to put the data source keywords (%ds__ticket_no%) in the default type format body copy rather than the page contents, like you have done. Something like this:
