Custom Form Mollom not working

I was working on adding Mollom to my custom form and it seems to not be working. I have added my public and private API keys to the external tools screen, and have activated Mollom on my custom form. Then I added the %form_mollom_captcha% keyword but nothing prints when I preview my page.


There are no errors in the log or when submitting the form warning me that the mollom captcha was not entered.



Any ideas why this isn't working?

Mollom captcha will come into action only if it is not able to decide the spam status of the submission.


Mollom can determine a submission as 'wanted', 'unwanted' and 'unsure', which are handled as:


  • if 'wanted', accept it straightaway
  • if 'unwanted', reject it straightaway
  • if 'unsure', presented a captcha for verification



    BTW, did you select the form question(s) to check against in "Mollom Spam Check" section?

I see, I guess I did not realize that it didn't show unless it detected the message as spam. I was able to engage it and have the captcha show, so I know it is working now.
