Custom Form Problem

Hi,
I've created a custom form with various sections and fields, and have customised the Thank You bodycopy. Now once the Submit Button is pressed it brings up the Thank You page as I have designed it, but it does not display any of the %response_blahblah_q#% tags or ANY of the fields from the form. I need to get this up ASAP. What am I doing wrong?

Somebody help!
