Custom Form Problem

Hi There,
I have two servers running seperate instances of Matrix Whitebrand. On one of them the Custom form works flawlessly, on the other, it takes about 40 seconds once the form is submit and then shows the details of the form. I have setup the Email options identical to the previous, but I do not receive the email. Is there something I need to do to the backend? No error messages are produced!

Just a quick question about selective emails.


We currently have a form written in .ASP which we are migrating through to matrix. The current form has a question with radio buttons below it.



Question:

  • radio 1
  • radio 2
  • radio 3



    An email is sent to a different email address based on which radio option they select. eg. radio 1 goes to option1@ourdomain.com



    Regardless of who the email goes to, they need to get the entire form submission and not just the answer to the question above.



    What is the best way to do this in matrix?

Check the Selective Emails screen. You can create rules that will send an full form response email based on the answer to any of the form question.
