Custom form timeout?

Hi,

I have a custom form where I have overridden bodycopy to create my own layout.
I think I have occasionally seen the following behaviour:
I load the form and leave it for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, then I fill it out and submit it.
Instead of running the email actions I have configured the form just refreshes itself and displays a blank form again. If I immediately fill it in it submits correctly and displays the thank you page.
Is there some kind of timeout Im missing ?

Matrix default session time out is 10 min

The default session expiry is actually when the user closes their browser, but def sounds like a session issue. Check what session rules are in place under global preferences.
