I'm just putting together a form with optional date/time fields and finding that when left blank a date of 2000-01-01 is being stored. Is this a bug or something that can be configured to not happen?
I tested with a new form, one date/time question, enabled "allow blank" on all the fields and left everything else as default and it is still doing it. This is on V3.14.2.

Which is fixed in the 3.14.6 release.
