I have created a custom form with a file upload question.
I have selected a folder that the uploaded file asset will be placed into and ticked the box 'include file attachments' within the email options.
The uploaded file is neither being uploaded to the selected folder or attached to the recipient email.

The files are now being uploaded to the selected folder, but not being sent in the recipient email.
Which version of Matrix are you running?
Version 3.16.2
