Date and Time Settings - Page Updated Jan 1 1970

having a few time and date issues…


the page updated on the front end pages are showing: Page Updated: January 1, 1970



the back end locks are showing: The lock is due to expire in 13459 days, 3 hours, 13 minutes and 26 seconds ago (13459 days ago is 1970)



but the user logged in and date time in the top left of the back end are showing the correct details (time and date)



is this a setting in matrix?



the server is showing the correct time and date also…

Sounds like you’re using Oracle for the backend. You need to get your Oracle DBAs to change the NLS_DATE_FORMAT setting at the spfile.ora level to the ISO format as specified on this page:
