Dinner and/or drinks before MMIUC?

I arrive in Sydney a couple days before MMIUC and head out to Coogee Beach the day before the conference (15th) so anybody up for dinner and/or drinks the night before the conference?

Any locals want to suggest a decent place to eat and/or drink. My knowledge of eating/drinking/coffee places in Sydney is limited to Ultimo and Pyrmont.

You can find my contact details at nick.cowie.id.au

I'm arriving fairly late on the 15th (landing at 10pm), so I'll probably just go straight to bed. No doubt I'll see all of you at breakfast.

I'll be there from mid afternoon Wednesday as well.

Are they giving us free breakfast at the Hotel? I will be getting in Wed. night as well...

I have no idea if YOU are getting a free breakfast, but I know that my reservation includes breakfast. :P Gotta love corporate hotel contracts.

Head to King Cross , Darlinghurst (oxford street around) you'l find plenty of european food, head to New town and Chinatown for asian food. You can also enjoy opera house and bridge view from Cafffee Sydney (http://www.cafesydney.com/), or Pancakes on the Rock (a bit lame, everybody would know).

Thanks Huan

I have a couple of favourites but both are in Chinatown/Haymarket was looking for suggestion for tonight in Coogee Beach and if anybody else fancied a drink or bite to eat?

Nick -- I'll be arrived at the hotel probably around 9:30pm. I might head to the bar* to see if I find anyone lurking.

(* I'm assuming there is a bar in the hotel. If there is more than one bar, I may have to do a victory lap).

Ha, I found out I DO get free breakfast, so I might see ya there. And, I just got upgraded to a Suite for free, because my internet port wasn't working in my other room. :)

Right now I am only using folders as the parent asset that holds the images. I wanted to keep the gallery simple and easy to use, and upload images to, even if it is just me that uses it.

So, right now, the thumbnails automatically get generated, and added using a nested asset listing. Since adding a thumbnail to an asset on the details screen is a manual process, I decided not to do it this way.
