Is it possible to disable the link "_admin" to avoid that other people could access to it? and after disabled it how can I set a new personalized url knewn only to me to access? thanks a lot.

Click on the System Configuration icon (icon with keys) in the top right of the admin interface. On that first screen you should see a section called System Settings. This is where you can change the backend suffix to something other than _admin.

But it is possible to set that only one domain have access to the backend? My intent is to disable backend access for some of my sites create in MSM, and access to the backend only by a local domain.
