I'm going to be creating a suite of forms in the next few weeks. So far i have created one which works brilliantly. The forms when completed by customers are allocated to staff members based on the first letter of their last name. I'm using the Selective Emails function on the specific form to manage the allocation.
- Is there a way of duplicating/copying the rules in this form to be used in subsequent forms? I'm going to be creating about 10 forms and they are allocated based on the respondents last name to the same staff members for each form. If there is a way of replicating the same rules for each form, it would save me a lot of manual configuring time.
