Edit metadata field of multiple assets

Is it possible to edit a metadata field of multiple assets? I'm really not looking forward to doing them one at a time.

Not at the moment, except by changing a metadata schema's default values. However, the ability to cascade metadata values will be coming in a future version.

3.18.0 RC2 will have it.

Looking forward to that feature, cascading will make life a little easier.
