Editing Calendar Events

Hi there,


I was wondering if it is possible to edit Calendar events. Tacking _edit on the end generates an error and no URL seems to be associated with the event. I get that you can edit times by dragging the event around, but what about if you wrote something awful and needed to edit the text?

It looks like you can edit an entry if you apply a web path to it - but of course this does not happen automatically.


(Is there a way that it can happen automatically?)

Is there a calendar of events asset in mysource matrix, or am I misanderstanding something?

The Calendar (which includes single and recurring events) is a commercial package that may not be available to all users.

The calendar page actually supports a special view called "edit view", in which you can edit calendar events. In your single_event and recurring_event bodycopies you need to put the keyword %edit_link% which will allow frontend users to get to edit view (assuming they have write access to the event assets).
