Editing parse file

Hi,
I'm getting the following when editing the login design parse file:

    MySource Notice
    Message:  Unable to commit "assets/login_design/22/parse.txt", it is checked out as version #2, and needs to be updated to the latest version (#3), before committing can occur [FVER0019]
    
    MySource Notice
    Message:  Unable to commit "assets/login_design/22/design_file.php", it is checked out as version #2, and needs to be updated to the latest version (#3), before committing can occur [FVER0019]


Can anybody tell me why it is happening?
How to fix it?

Have you recently moved the system and forgotten to run system_move_update.php?

I’ve done slightly worse than that (probably the equivalent of moving it twice).

Running system_move_update.php did work.
