Empy Selectable Locations popup

I have an Asset Builder for News Items with Selectable Create Locations setup. If I tell the asset builder to Ignore Permissions, the Selectable Create Locations popup is available with my defined locations.


If I set the Ignore Permissions to No, the Selectable Create Locations is not available even when logged in as root.





I'm using 3.16.1

Can you log this as a bug so the developers can investigate?
