Error editing File Assets after upgrade

We have done a bunch of upgrades in the past week, going from 3.24.3 all the way up to 4.4.1. Everything seems to be super smooth so far. But, when I am trying to edit a file asset (tested js and css file assets so far) I get the following errors:

Is there a script that I needed to have run when we migrated? We did change the system root location, does that matter?
