Error logs are slowly the system

Hi All

How can we prevent this error below from occuring, this has being happening for the past two years.

What are the steps we can do to prevent this from happening and also is it okay to clean or delete all these error messages from the error log folder, for maintaince purpose or will it cause major issue if we clean this up from the backend server? Help required.

Maybe you are referencing files using mysource_files in your design but they dont actually exist.

Which will be in the parsefile somewhere in the design, so if we remove that from the parse file will it resolve this issue or cause other complications to the website. Also can we also clean up the error log files from the backend server as well.

You have to edit your design and customisations to remove the incorrect entries, it should not cause any other issues if removed correctly.

The error logs in the system get rotated out after a period of time, so unlikely you will have 2 years worth of logs in there to worry about. But you should be able to clean the error log files without any issues arising.

I have a very similar error message, but can't locate anywhere in the parse file or the css where the file named is referenced.

Any tips on how to track down the problem asset?

The asset ID is the last number before /design_file.php - in the OPs case 4212 and 4220.

If you can't see them referenced, re-parse the design file by acquiring locks and committing it.

Thanks, now I have found the file.
