What does below warning mean, when editing design parse file?
MySource Warning
You do not have permission to save the attributes of "Home_Button_Bread" (#2056) [CORE0121]
I am constantly getting this warning for different MySource_AREAs in parse file but never consistantly get the same AREA when continualy editing parse file.
Seems that if I get warning my changes I just commited do not take effect (even though they are saved in parse file)

Check your lock times and that you have the entire design locked when you submit. Essentially, when you lock a design, it locks the customisations but I'm not sure if it keeps all the locks its supposed to. So, if you take longer than 10 minutes to submit, it'll still have some locks, but not all of them.
If I'm doing design work, I usually bump the lock timer to 60 minutes. You can find this setting as the root user on the System Configuration screen.

In System Configuration screen, is the lock time number in seconds or minutes? I assumed it was seconds and put it to 3600. Havn't had problem since.

I believe this bug is related to bug #2082 (fixed only in 3.14)
( http://bugs.matrix.squiz.net/view_bug.php?bug_id=2082 ) , this bug apply to menu design area, i assume you use the constant_button design area for your button? if it is and you still able to produce the problem constantly then just lodge a bug report.

i get this error as well when trying to edit the parse file for a design, even when i'm logged in as root! it's starting to drive me crazy! i can't manually parse the design without getting the same error
renaming the design area will fix the problem, however any customisations will be lost
Nice suggestion, this would be a good one to permanently set in a development environment
