Hi Everyone
I am fairly new to Matrix. Currently I would like to build event calendar on one of my websites and I am not sure how to style my calendar. At the moment my calendar is showing in unformatted form I would like to create borders around days change the colours of background etc. if someone could let me know about some good tutorial on that or let me know where I can find some documentations on creating calendar I would be grateful.
Many thanks
I assume you are viewing your calendar in Month view?
At the bottom of the details screen of your calendar asset, there is a link to download the default css style sheet for the calendar. You should take a look at this to understand how the calendar can be styled. It all css based, so if you are not familiar with css, there are many places online with great tutorials.
I just recently finished styling our month calendar, if you are interested, take a look:

nice calendar nic (yes i will be pinching the css
one question though - its seems redundant to put in the date for each event when we are already on that day in the calendar - perhaps just the times are needed? might help save space on multiple event days.
cheers

I think we only have that redundancy on our normal calendar view (not the printable cal format). You are right though, it is strange, I will remove it. It was built over a year ago, so I have not worked on that part of it for a while.
