Facebook Pixel placement

Morning,

Has anyone had experience with placement of Facebook pixel code within Matrix?

Is there a specific place we can/should place it on pages meta data?

As far as I can tell the Facebook pixel code is just a HTML snippet that you embed into the design of your site?

You could just paste it into a SP that you then nest into the area of your design?
