Finding the form a submission was posted from

How can I find out what form certain/all form submissions were submitted from, preferably through a db query? There are some form submissions I need to transfer to a new system, and I can find the asset ID's of the form submissions I want to get, but can't find where they were submitted from and unfortunately there is no 'binocular' locate asset after searching the assetid in the admin interface :frowning:

If you go to the Details screen of the Submission, you should see a binocular icon at the top of the screen near the word DETAILS.

For some reason there is no binocular… and it looks to be like this for only form submission assets. matrix 3.16.3.







I am able to find the form though, through the linking screen - wish I had noticed that drop down menu on the right sooner!

I am guessing it was added after 3.16.3 for form submissions. Once upon a time we only had the linking screen, back in the old days…
