Forcing wysiwyg editor toolbar to multiline

I have a user who on some pages gets the tool bar on the wysiwyg editor as a single line rather than a multiline display, yet who cannot scroll right to access the 'hidden' icons.


This seems tied to the page and not the user. Is there a way to force the toolbar back into a more normal multiline display?

Can you post a screenshot of that? I'm having difficulty visualising the problem.

How odd. What happens when you switch to using an IFrame for the WYSIWYG?
