For the life of me I am confused why this particular form is not correctly displaying the textbox for people to type in the information. All the others are forms are working but except this one.

Thank all, I toldly removed it and created a new form.
Old form seemed to have being corrupted, don’t know how. But I resolved it by creating a new one. Thank you anyway. :rolleyes:
