On the Mysource Matrix User Manuals page URL: http://matrix.squiz.net/resources/documentation in the 1st paragraph is said
"if your a first time user, it is recommended that you read the Fundamentals manual before any other manual listed below."
does anybody know where i can download this? or what this doc is about? as we like to sent it to one of our client before getting them to jump in to the CMS

My apologies. That reference on the MySource Matrix User Manuals Page is an error. The Fundamentals manual is an outdated manual that has since been replaced with the MySource Matrix Concepts manual.
You can download the Concepts Manual for the latest releases of MySource Matrix at the top of MySource Matrix User Manuals Page.
Sorry about the confusion and thanks for bringing this to my attention. The error has now been corrected.
